Edify offers multiple communication solutions all within one platform that has a single user interface for all functions. It easily connects and integrates with the Agent Desktops of Salesforce and Zendesk CRMs. When a customer contact comes through Edify, the incoming communication will simultaneously populate the case or ticket into Salesforce or Zendesk.

 

Salesforce

Access your objects in Salesforce--both standard and custom--directly in the Edify platform. Users can easily look up customer data in the Hammond Workflows and link to cases. For example, linking to a Salesforce case enables customers to be auto-routed back to the case owner, solving issues in a snap. To ensure consistency, all interaction data can be saved back to Salesforce in any object. Our fully-featured CTI sits within Salesforce.

 

 

 

Zendesk

Edify's platform integrates seamlessly with all Zendesk data, customers and tickets. Users can look up customer data via Hammond workflows and link to tickets, auto-routing interactions to the ticket owners to solve issues promptly. To ensure consistency, all interaction data can be saved back to Zendesk.
